All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

🚚 Shipping Time:

Delivery time depends on your location:

• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact support@namurex.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send you a replacement.

Namurex is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

• Delays caused by customs or carrier errors
