Refund policy

At Namurex, we value your satisfaction above all. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a refund:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

• If the product was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos of the issue.
